Freelance Web Designer & WordPress Educator — Pune, India
Prashant Mittal is a freelance web designer based in Pune, India, with over 15 years of professional experience building websites for local businesses across the USA, UK, Australia, and beyond. Since 2011, he has designed and delivered more than 1,800 websites for 900+ clients — from salons and restaurants to dental clinics, fitness studios, coaches, and real estate agencies.
He is the founder of Param Freelance, a freelance web design studio that specialises in fast, clean, and practical websites built on WordPress and Elementor. Alongside his client work, Prashant runs a free tutorial blog and YouTube channel where he publishes step-by-step guides on WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and GoHighLevel.
After years of answering the same questions from clients and fellow designers in online communities — “How do I set up X in Elementor?” “Which booking plugin works best for a salon?” “Why isn’t my WooCommerce checkout working?” — Prashant began recording practical video walkthroughs on YouTube.
That YouTube channel grew into the tutorial blog at paramfreelance.com. Every article published here originated as a real question from a real client or community member. The goal is simple: give people a complete written guide they can follow without needing to watch a video, and without needing to hire a developer.
His tutorials cover four main areas of WordPress and web design:
💡 Prashant’s Core Belief
Build a fast, clean, simple website — not a fancy one.
Most local businesses don’t need parallax effects, hero videos, or dozens of animations. They need a site that loads in under 3 seconds, clearly communicates what they do, and makes it easy for visitors to call, book, or buy.
Simple websites convert better. Simple websites rank better on Google. And they are far easier for business owners to maintain themselves.
This philosophy runs through every tutorial Prashant publishes. He favours lean, practical solutions over bloated themes — and recommends Elementor as his page builder of choice for building professional-looking sites without writing any code.
Prashant publishes new tutorial videos regularly on his YouTube channel, Quick Tips — with each video accompanied by a written step-by-step guide here on the blog.
Business owners looking for a website built the right way — fast, SEO-ready, and built on WordPress and Elementor — can reach him through the Pricing page or Contact page.
Questions about a specific tutorial are welcome in the comments section of any post. Prashant reads every comment and replies regularly.
