Steps to add product in WooCommerce website:
- Login to dashboard of your WordPress website.
- In the left panel, you will see Products. Click on Add New product.
- Fill in the required fields such as Name, product description, short description, category as shown in the video above.
- Upload product image and gallery images if required.
- For product data – select Simple product as we are adding a simple product.
- Specify the pricing. Regular pricing and sale price if required.
- Setup inventory settings if you have limited stock of the product.
- Publish the product.
A straightforward product with no variations is relatively simple to add. Just add the pricing and other essential information.
You must create the product’s qualities and variants in the case of variable products. That is also not at all challenging. In a subsequent article, I’ll demonstrate how to add variable products to WooCommerce.
